BIKECOMM Series Application Software Terms of Use
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms are intended to govern the rights and obligations of users when using the “BIKECOMM Series” application software (hereinafter, the “Service”) provided by Open Road Solutions, Inc. (hereinafter, the “Company”).

Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant users a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and limited right to access and use the application, but only within the scope of its intended functions. Except for the rights expressly granted herein, no other rights are conferred, and the Company expressly reserves all other rights.
Article 5 (User ID and Password Management)

Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service:

The Company may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice, and shall not be liable to users in such cases.

The Company may modify these Terms at any time. The revised Terms shall take effect upon being posted or otherwise made public.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms are intended to govern the rights and obligations of users when using the “BIKECOMM Series” application software (hereinafter, the “Service”) provided by Open Road Solutions, Inc. (hereinafter, the “Company”).
Article 2 (Scope of Application)
- These Terms apply to all actions relating to the use of the Service between the user and the Company.
- In addition to these Terms, any usage guidelines, privacy policies, or other rules separately established by the Company shall also constitute a part of these Terms.
Article 3 (User Registration)
- Persons wishing to use the Service must apply in the manner designated by the Company and complete user registration upon the Company’s approval.
- The Company may refuse registration if the applicant falls under any of the following, and the Company is under no obligation to disclose the reason:
- Submission of false information at the time of application
- Previous violation of these Terms
- Persons prohibited from downloading or using the application under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) or any other applicable jurisdiction
- Any other case deemed inappropriate by the Company
Article 4 (License)

Article 5 (User ID and Password Management)
- Users are solely responsible for managing their user ID and password.
- Users may not transfer or lend their ID or password to any third party.
- The Company shall bear no responsibility for any damages arising from improper management or unauthorized use by third parties.
Article 6 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service:
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morality
- Criminal acts or acts related to crime
- Infringement of intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, or other rights of the Company, other users, or third parties
- Transmission of violent, obscene, discriminatory, or antisocial content
- Transmission of spam, malicious programs, viruses, or similar items
- Commercial activities conducted without authorization
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service or damage the reputation of the Company
- Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company
Article 7 (Suspension of the Service)
- The Company may suspend or interrupt the Service without prior notice in the following cases:
- System maintenance or updates
- Natural disasters such as earthquakes, fires, power outages, or other force majeure events
- Accidents involving communication lines or equipment
- Any other situation in which the Company deems the provision of the Service to be impracticable
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from suspension or interruption of the Service.
Article 8 (Usage Restrictions and Account Deletion)
- The Company may, without prior notice, restrict use or delete a registered account if the user falls under any of the following:
- Violation of the Terms
- Submission of false information
- Failure to pay fees owed
- Any other situation deemed inappropriate by the Company
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from account deletion or usage restrictions.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
- The Company does not warrant that the Service is free of factual or legal defects, including but not limited to safety, reliability, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, or the absence of errors or bugs.
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service.
Article 10 (Changes to Service Content)
The Company may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice, and shall not be liable to users in such cases.
Article 11 (Amendments to the Terms)

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
- Any disputes relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hsinchu District Court, Taiwan, as the court of first instance.
