Background
Open Road Solutions, Inc. was officially registered in 2007 however the development of our flagship motorcycle communications system – BikeComm – had been in development for several years prior. Previous experience in related industries lead the founding members to discover a real need and demand from the global motorcycle community for a complete and quality communications system. Recognising the opportunity to solve a problem and build a business, an agile team was established who commenced work on the project. Working closely with the local motorcycle community in Taiwan the BikeComm has undergone continuous redevelopment and fine tuning based on user feedback over several years. We aim to take this customer centric approach to the development of all future ideas.
Our Head Office is located in Hsinchu, Taiwan; this is where the Management, Sales & Marketing, Technical and Administration staff are located. Our people are our most valuable resource and have a depth of experience from startup to multinational; the Engineering and Research & Design Team have a combined experience of over sixty years, much of which has been gained at some of Taiwan’s leading technology companies.
Our manufacturing facility is located in the world renown Hsinchu Science Park with the majority of components sourced from China’s most reliable suppliers, many of which also supply the biggest names in consumer electronics today. This means you can rest assured our products contain the best components available and undergo rigorous quality control.
